Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Average Joes Gym. We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations.


Memberships and Training Sessions

Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your Reclaim Your Fitness Package within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, including statuatory holidays) of purchase. A fee will apply for any goods or services taken or used during this period of $35 for each SGPT or group class taken and $110 for each 1:1 PT session taken.
Non-Refundable Services: After the 5-day cooling-off period, all membership and training fees are non-refundable.


Merchandise

Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise purchased online can be returned within 14 days if unused, with tags, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us. We'll work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item.
Non-Refundable Items: Perishable (food or supplements), used and opened items are non-refundable.

Afterpay Purchases

Refunds are subject to approval by Average Joes Gym and approved refunds for Afterpay purchases will be processed through Afterpay, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
