Great you're interested in starting your fitness journey!
1️⃣ Fill out your details for a FREE 45min 1:1 Strategy Session with one of our PTs. No strings attached. It's a chance for you to find out if we are the gym for you.
2️⃣ We'll contact you and book a time with one of our PTs.
3️⃣ We'll meet you at the gym at your appointment time. We'll show you around, have a chat about your fitness goals.
4️⃣ Wear comfortable gym clothes to this session; we'll do some assessments, movement screen, and get in a mini work out.
5️⃣ We'll answer any questions, and make sure you're feeling good about how to book yourself into workout sessions via the app.
6️⃣ Come to your first work out!
Try our group classes. They are fun, challenging, social and ideal if you want to add cardio, HIIT to your fitness routine.
You will be given access to tools that can help you build habits and achieve your goals.

What to expect in the FREE 45min PT Strategy Session
◾ We'll be in touch to book a time to come to the gym.
◾ Wear comfy gym clothes, we will be doing some moving during our session.
◾ We'll show you around the gym, and sit down in our social space for a chat.
◾ We want to hear your story, find out about your fitness goals, get to know you and ask a few fitness-related questions.
◾ Next we'll get into the gym. Your PT will do some brief assessments including a movement screen to understand how you move, any strengths and challenges you have with movement.
◾ We'll do a 1:1 PT session with the remaining time.
At the end of our session, we can discuss different options you can take to start your fitness journey to achieve your goals.
For those joining the RECLAIM YOUR FITNESS PROMO, the strategy session helps your PT to formulate an effective customised workout program to aid you in your fitness journey.
Can I join RECLAIM YOUR FITNESS if I'm an ex Gym Member?
Yes!
This package is open to new members and returning friends/ex-Invigorate or ex-Average Joes Gym members, not currently enrolled.
Can I pause or hold my membership?
SGPT2, SGPT3, Group Unlimited Memberships:
4 Week hold/pause per year. Holds are available 3 months after the start of your membership.
PT Membership:
2 Week hold per 4 Week Membership.
