9:30am Group Induction: Goal setting, movement screen, fitness assessment & measurements.

Week 1-2 | 28 April – 11 May 2025

Kick off with 1 x 45 min Semi-Private PT session per week & unlimited group classes, plus personalised nutrition targets.

End of Week 2 (Sun 11 May): Brobility mobility & stretch session.

Week 3-4 | 12 May – 25 May 2025

15–20 min in-person follow-up with Joe to tweak your plan, continue PT & group sessions, nutrition check-ins.

End of Week 4 (Sun 25 May): Waitākere Weekend Walk (830am), then social & graduation back at the gym.
