1️⃣ Great! Book a chat with us. No pressure, it's all about you and your chance to see if we are the gym for you.
2️⃣ Ready now? Book your FREE Fitness Game Plan now!
3️⃣ If you're booked to come see us at the gym. We'll meet you at your appointment time. We'll show you around, have a chat about your fitness goals, find out what's been stopping you from reaching your goals.
4️⃣ Wear comfortable gym clothes to this session; we'll do some assessments, movement screen, and you can experience a mini workout with your PT!
5️⃣ You may start on the 28 Day Program to Reclaim Your Fitness, or You may want to jump straight in. We can work this out together!
We'll answer any questions, and make sure you're feeling good about how to book yourself into workout sessions via the app.
6️⃣ Come to your first work out! We'll make sure we support you and get you across the line!
You will be given access to tools that can help you build habits and achieve your goals including:

◾ Access to our private, supportive FB Community
◾ Free discovery sessions with our onsite Osteopath and Nutritionist/Naturopath.

What to expect in the FREE 45min PT Strategy Session
◾ First book a slot to come into the gym for your FREE Fitness Game Plan. Book online HERE.
◾ Come to your appointment, park directly outside the gym, or if the parks are occupied, there is street parking.
◾ Wear comfy gym clothes, we will be moving during our session.
◾ We'll show you around the gym, and sit down in our social space for a chat.
◾ We want to hear your story, find out about your fitness goals, find out what may have been stopping you from hitting your fitness goals.
◾ Next we'll get into the gym. Your PT will do movement assessments
◾ Experience a mini workout with your PT session.
At the end of our session, we can discuss different options you can take to start your fitness journey to achieve your goals.
For those joining the 28 Day Program, Your Free Game Plan strategy will help your PT to formulate an effective customised workout program to aid you in your fitness journey.
Can I join the 28 Day Program - RECLAIM YOUR FITNESS if I'm an ex Gym Member?
Yes!
This package is open to new members and returning friends/ex-Invigorate or ex-Average Joes Gym members, not currently enrolled.
